About the Role

We are building and scaling a resident-centric ecosystem of products, which enable us to have a 360 view of the prospect/resident to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

As a Lead Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by guiding Test Engineers as well as hands-on developing and executing test plans, creating automated test scripts, identifying defects, and working closely with the developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a Lead, making sure Test Engineers follow testing standards and methodologies
  • Design and develop test plans and test cases, using Gherkin, based on user story and/or feature acceptance criteria
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Perform manual exploratory testing
  • Identify, isolate, and track defects throughout the testing cycle
  • Work closely with the team, including developers, BA, and Product Owner, to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Develop and maintain test documentation and reports
  • Participate in design and code reviews
  • Participate in story refinement, ensuring that acceptance criteria are clearly defined
  • Ensure compliance with established testing standards and methodologies
  • Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and techniques
  • Continuously improve testing processes and practices

Technical Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing
  • 2+ years of leading testing engineers
  • Experience with the following test automation tools - LambdaTest, K6, SpecFlow, and SpecSync
  • Experience with the test automation frameworks - Selenium,
    Appium
  • Experience BDD and defining test scenarios in Gherkin
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or Java
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools in Azure DevOps
  • Technical Pre-screening test and technical interview will be required for all candidates

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business management, information systems, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred
