Key Responsibilities

  • Provide network support and service delivery for global IT infrastructure
  • Support design and implementation of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and secure cloud network solutions
  • Manage and troubleshoot network components including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enable secure cloud networking in Azure and hybrid environments
  • Respond to and manage network and security incidents, including root cause analysis
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management and governance processes
