We are expanding our digital team at our Ahmedabad office and are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of Meta Ads and Google Ads with strong ROI-driven strategies.
Role Overview
This role focuses on performance marketing, with a core responsibility to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive revenue, conversions, and brand visibility.
The candidate will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, Marketing Manager, and external partners to ensure profitable digital growth of Crystalicious and Anhadaa.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
- Run and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping).
- Implement A/B testing on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages.
- Analyze daily performance metrics and ensure ROAS targets are consistently met.
Data & Analytics
- Track, monitor, and improve KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, Conversions, AOV.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Campaign Strategy & Growth
- Create and execute revenue-boosting strategies for sale events, festive seasons, and new launches.
- Develop retargeting funnels, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creative requirements.
- Ensure alignment with marketing calendars and product availability.
E-Commerce Collaboration
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team on landing pages and CRO best practices.
- Support CRM and WhatsApp automation campaigns (WATI experience is a plus).
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing with strong focus on paid ads.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads with strong results.
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Ads Manager, and SEM best practices.
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C brands is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple campaigns, and meet targets.
