We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to concentrate on lead generation via online networking and fostering connections with potential clients. Your responsibility will involve interacting with prospects on LinkedIn, confirming information, attending online presentations, sending outreach messages, and maintaining daily records. You will play a vital part in assisting our sales team by creating and developing leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Engagement:
  • Connect with prospective clients on LinkedIn and other online platforms.
  • Attend online seminars and interact with participants to generate leads.
  • Send tailored messages to prospects and follow up on replies.
  • Confirm and verify lead data for accuracy and completeness before engagement.
  • Organize and update prospect details in the CRM system or spreadsheets.
  • Activity Tracking:
  • Record daily actions such as prospect connections, messages sent, and online presentation attendance.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports detailing your progress and accomplishments.
  • Maintain MIS (Management Information System):
  • Ensure all data and reports are structured and updated within the MIS system.
  • Utilize MIS to track and enhance lead generation and engagement performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree).
  • Having Basic Understanding of Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, LinkedIn and other professional sites.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive approach and eagerness to learn and adapt.

Expectations:

  • Experience in social selling or online prospecting.
  • Interest in sales and business development.
  • Having interest in sales and marketing.
  • Good Communication skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
