Position: Visual Merchandiser

Location: Vadakara, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
• Plan and execute window displays, in-store layouts, mannequins, and signage as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure that products are displayed in a child-friendly, safe, and visually appealing manner.
• Work closely with the store and marketing team to support promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and special events.
• Conduct regular store walks to monitor product presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to planograms.
• Analyze footfall and sales data to assess the effectiveness of displays and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for props, display materials, and promotional setups.
• Train store staff on basic display standards and product presentation techniques.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in fashion, kids, or lifestyle retail.
• Strong sense of design, color coordination, and storytelling through displays.
• Excellent creativity and the ability to think from a customer's perspective.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours during peak seasons.
