Job Duties
  • Under direct supervision, interprets test plans and executes test cases for commercial software products.
  • Learns operation and application of the product being tested, identifies and describes defects and usability problems, and evaluates fixes for these defects.
  • Assists with the development of additional test cases and test plans where required.
  • Assists with secure architecture design reviews and supports preparing applications for security testing.
  • Ensures security vulnerabilities have been mitigated. Reviews on-line product support documentation and provides knowledge to Technical Writers for new and/or improved content for on-line help and manuals.
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Geoscience, Petroleum Engineering, or a similar discipline is required.
