Enphase is looking for a dynamic Program Manager who will be responsible for managing and delivering APIs that meet business requirements, are scalable, secure, and reliable. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the API delivery lifecycle from planning to deployment. These APIs enable Grid Services (VPP) which helps ensuring the successful integration of DERs, such as solar, storage, and electric vehicles, into the grid.

Key Responsibilities:

1. API Delivery:

2. Lead the delivery of APIs, ensuring they meet business requirements, are scalable, secure, and reliable.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Manager, Design Verification/Validation teams.

4. Develop and manage project plans/schedules. Identify and handle program cross-functional dependencies between teams

5. API Lifecycle Management:

6. Oversee the API lifecycle, from planning to deployment (ncluding API design, development, testing, drive software readiness in support of key project milestones (Alpha, Beta etc) and maintenance.

7. Ensure API documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

8. Stakeholder Management:

9. Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineers, and external partners.

10. Communicate API delivery plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders.

11. Provide regular program status updates and communicate escalations as needed to Executive team

12. Risk Management:

13. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with API delivery.

14. Develop and implement risk management plans.

15. Process Improvement:

16. Continuously evaluate and improve API delivery processes.

17. Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and efficiency.

18. Metrics and Reporting:

19. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for API delivery.

20. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on API delivery progress and metrics.

Who You Are:

You are a highly engaged and self-driven project professional with incredible sense of ownership with the ability to drive project with minimal supervision. You have proven experience of managing both large complex projects and programs, budgets and justifying resource needs to senior management team. Able to think strategically and execute methodically with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You have excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that will enable you to earn trust at all levels and across geographies. Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and collaboration sessions to push execution and alignment on organizational initiatives. Recognize the importance and are proficient in executing key areas of change management.

Requirements

• BTech/MTech in Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics) with 6-8 years of total relevant experience
• PMP, CSM, SaFE, ITSM or similar certifications preferred. MBA will be an added plus
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Program/Project Manager in a technology product company managing and delivering high quality SW products
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, including API design, development, and security.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Good knowledge in working with Web services and API technologies (REST, XML/JSON, SOAP, XSLT).
• Good knowledge of securing the APIs data-integrity/confidentiality, basic auth and OAuth 2.0, certificates, KeyStore
• Good knowledge of API documentation tools - like Postman/Swaggerdoc
• Experience in managing Test automation framework for APIs
• Experience with Databases (MySQL, NoSQL)
• Ability to quickly grasp & learn new technologies.
• Understanding of SW development processes and test validation including end to end testing with HW components.
• Understands and deals well with both waterfall and Agile development models
• Experience in managing integration of Third Party SW, Open source libraries etc.
