- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Able to manage prep, execution, and plating with consistency & quality
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Support chef and kitchen leadership team
- Supervise junior staff
- Ensure quality control and timely service
- Assist in menu planning and food costing
