Roles & Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates for IT and Civil/Construction Engineering roles.

Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards (LinkedIn, indeed, Dice, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.

Screening & Evaluation: Conduct resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidates technical and functional skills, ensuring alignment with client needs.

ATS & Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while building a proactive talent pipeline for recurring roles.

Reporting: Share timely updates with internal teams and clients on hiring metrics, candidate pipeline status, and market insights.

Market Intelligence: Stay current with trends in US public sector hiring, compliance standards, and evolving technologies in the IT and civil engineering space.

Requirement:

3-5 years of experience in US recruitment, with a proven track record of working on public sector/government client requirements.

Strong knowledge of IT roles (e.g., Cybersecurity, InfoSec) and Civil/Construction Engineering positions.

Proficiency in Boolean search, job portals, social recruiting, and other sourcing tools.

Familiarity with hiring processes specific to US federal and state government clients is a strong advantage.
