Position: Visa Counselor (Visitor & Work Permit

Experience: 1–2 Years (Visa Consultancy Field)

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Preferred

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visitor visa and work permit inquiries for multiple countries.
• Guide clients through documentation and application processes.
• Communicate with clients professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• File visa applications accurately and maintain follow-up with embassies/VFS centers.
• Stay updated on current visa policies and rules.
• Maintain client data and ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in visitor visa or work permit filing/counseling.
• Excellent communication & convincing skills.
• Strong knowledge of documentation for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe visas.
• Basic computer and email knowledge (MS Office, scanning, PDF handling, etc.).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Office Timings:

Monday to Saturday – 09:40 AM to 07:00 PM
