Location: Amritsar (Punjab Region)
CTC: Up to 70 Lpa

Position Overview:
The AVP/VP – Sales(Punjab Region) will lead the sales function for residential and commercial real estate projects. This leadership role is responsible for developing sales strategies, building brand presence, managing customer relationships, and ensuring cross- functional coordination to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, market knowledge, and a proven track record in driving revenue and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve property sales targets across residential and commercial portfolios.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team; set and monitor performance targets.
- Build relationships with HNIs, NRIs, institutional clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Brand Building & Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns.
- Strengthen the brand positioning of projects to attract premium clientele.
- Align sales and marketing initiatives to increase lead generation and conversion.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Oversee implementation of best CRM practices to enhance pre-sale and post-sale customer experience.
- Ensure timely handling of customer concerns and proactive communication.
- Build client loyalty through continuous engagement and relationship-building initiatives.
- Strategy & Market Insights
- Analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine pricing and positioning.
- Present regular strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Ensure products meet market needs in terms of size, budget, and design.
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships with brokers, IPCs, and institutional stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance including RERA, documentation accuracy, and internal audit norms.
Educational Qualification:
- 15+ years in real estate sales/business development with 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong team leadership and mentoring ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market
- Strategic thinking with execution focus
- Stakeholder and relationship management expertise
