This is a full-time position for an Information Security GRC Lead, located on-site in Gurugram.

This Role will report to : Sr Engineering Manager of Cyber Security - Compliance & Privacy.


*Required Skills:*

  • Understanding of *GRC frameworks* (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, etc.)

  • Assist in *awareness and training* sessions on security and privacy practices.

  • Knowledge of *data privacy regulations* (India DPDP Bill, etc.)

  • Experience with *risk assessment* tools and techniques.

  • Requires to lead Vendor assessment, TPRM, Audits, Scrum calls.

  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Basic understanding of security controls in cloud and on-prem environments


*Preferred:*

  • Certifications like *ISO 27001 LA/LI, CIPP, CISA, CISSP, or similar*

  • Exposure to *privacy impact assessments (PIAs)*

  • Familiarity with GRC tools.
