Junior Intune Administrator (L0 / L1 Support)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Endpoint Management team. As a Junior Intune Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments, ensuring secure and efficient endpoint management across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 0 / Level 1 support for Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Endpoint Manager) environments.
  • Assist in device enrollment, configuration, and compliance management using Intune.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot basic endpoint issues related to Windows devices, Intune policies, and SCCM deployments.
  • Support patch management, software distribution, and inventory reporting .
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards for endpoint devices.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Endpoint Manager) .
  • Familiarity with Windows Server , Active Directory , and Azure AD concepts.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks (basic level).
  • Awareness of DNS , network fundamentals , and endpoint security practices.
    Good communication skills (customer-facing role).

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to VMware environments .
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
  • Awareness of cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure).

Experience:

  • L0: 0–1 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management.
  • L1: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
    Relevant certifications (Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
