Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of company equipment at customer sites. This position requires strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service across Pune and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain equipment or systems at customer sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and service checks as per company standards.
- Diagnose and resolve machine-related complaints efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health checkups.
- Attend AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customer visits and ensure machines operate efficiently.
- Provide technical support and basic training to customers as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, reports, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Experience: Prior experience in field service, installation, or maintenance is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel across allocated and nearby regions for field service activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
