About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll guide and support clients through the immigration process — helping them achieve their dreams of studying, working, or settling abroad. You'll be the key link between our organization and clients, providing expert advice, building trust, and ensuring a smooth and successful visa process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel clients on various immigration options and eligibility requirements.
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Manage and process visa applications, ensuring all documents are complete and compliant.
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on pending cases.
  • Meet monthly or quarterly targets for consultations and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through transparency and care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Business, Law, or related disciplines).
  • Prior experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy toward clients.
