We are now looking for an
Architect Lead (DevOps & Solutions Architecture)
to take full ownership of the technical foundation of our AI products — from infrastructure and security to scalability and reliability. This is a
mission-critical leadership role
at the heart of everything we're building.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end architecture
    of our cloud-based SaaS platform and lead the evolution of its infrastructure with scalability, performance, and security at the core.
  • Be
    hands-on with AWS
    , automating infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, ensuring
    high availability
    , and optimizing cloud usage and costs.
  • Build and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    , implement best practices for automated testing, versioning, and secure delivery workflows.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to
    translate product goals into robust, maintainable, and secure system designs
    .
  • Lead and implement our
    security strategy
    , ensuring compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Set up
    monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery
    plans that ensure platform reliability and business continuity.
  • Mentor engineers
    on architecture, DevOps, and modern development workflows; help instill a culture of automation, ownership, and quality.
  • Continuously
    evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks
    to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in
    cloud architecture
    , DevOps, and SaaS infrastructure — with
    hands-on AWS experience
    .
  • Strong command over
    containerization
    tools:
    Docker
    and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    tools such as
    Terraform
    or
    AWS CloudFormation
    .
  • Solid experience in setting up and maintaining
    CI/CD pipelines
    and release workflows.
  • Strong understanding of
    cloud networking, VPC design, IAM, and core security practices
    .
  • Prior experience implementing
    monitoring
    ,
    alerting
    ,
    disaster recovery
    , and
    backup
    strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    make sound architectural decisions
    under time and scale constraints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and
    collaborate closely across product and engineering
    teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    cost optimization
    in AWS
  • Familiarity with
    SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPR
    compliance frameworks
  • Exposure to
    multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
  • Knowledge of
    serverless design patterns
    (e.g., AWS Lambda, Fargate)
  • Experience with
    observability platforms
    (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic)
  • Familiarity with
    incident management
    and
    SRE practices
  • Prior experience in
    startups or fast-paced product environments
  • Ability to contribute to strategic
    build-vs-buy decisions
