Skills & Interests:

  • Strong interest in internet surfing and learning new things
  • Good English speaking and communication skills (mandatory)
  • MS Office Suite (Specifically MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel, MS-Access)
  • AI Software (Chatgpt, Co-Pilot)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any organization
  • Experience in Tender or Administrative Department preferred
  • Candidates from Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Beawar, Nasirabad, or Pushkar will be given preference

Job Responsibilities:

a. Tender related activities.

  • Daily tender search on GeM, e-Procurement, Ariba, and other relevant platforms
  • Reading, understanding, preparation of summary of tender
  • Timely presentation of tender summaries to relevant stakeholders
  • Preparation of Queries (Coordination of sales team) and on time submission.
  • Preparation of tender documents and ensuring on-time submission of tender.
  • Daily updation of tender tracking sheets

b. OEM Related Activities :-

  • OEM searching and tracking of OEMs/Projects/Tender.
  • Present the OEMs of relevant product/project/tender to reporting authority/top management.
  • Daily updation of OEM tracking sheets
  • Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
