Accounts Management:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Administration Management:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
  • Maintain HR-related records, attendance, and staff documentation.
  • Support management in implementing policies and improving office procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts and office administration (2–5 years preferred).
  • Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
