Accounts Management:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
Administration Management:
- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and service contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Maintain HR-related records, attendance, and staff documentation.
- Support management in implementing policies and improving office procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts and office administration (2–5 years preferred).
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
