About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Accountant who can take ownership of our finance function and keep our numbers rock solid. As a growing startup, we need someone who can manage day-to-day accounts, ensure compliance, and also bring smart ideas to improve financial operations. If you're someone who loves numbers, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats – this role is for you.

What You'll Do:


• Own the books of accounts – from entries to reconciliations.


• Handle invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.


• Manage GST, TDS, payroll, and other compliance filings.


• Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and budget tracking.


• Work with the leadership team on financial planning and projections.


• Support audits and ensure clean documentation.


• Suggest process improvements and bring in efficiency wherever possible.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus, but not mandatory).


• 2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a startup or SME.


• Strong grip on accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.


• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (or willingness to learn fast).


• Great with Excel and numbers.


• Self-starter attitude, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
