Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Neo4j and other graph database technologies.
  • Build data models, queries (Cypher), and graph algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Optimize graph database performance and ensure scalability.
  • Integrate Neo4j with enterprise applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to implement graph-based solutions.
  • Ensure data security, consistency, and reliability in graph database systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting, query optimization, and database tuning.
  • Document design decisions, database models, and query strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j (data modeling, Cypher queries, APOC procedures).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or ) with Neo4j integration.
  • Experience with graph algorithms, knowledge graphs, and graph analytics.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, database design, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data ingestion pipelines.
  • Experience in query optimization and database performance tuning.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for graph DB deployments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
