Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse current business processes across departments and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design low-code/no-code solutions and code-based automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Integrate data and workflows across platforms (e.g. SharePoint, SQL Server, ERP, custom APIs).
  • Implement robust, secure, and scalable process automation flows.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed automations for performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Document automation designs, flow logic, and dependencies for operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless process delivery.
  • Apply logging, exception handling, and notification techniques to ensure business continuity.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered services such as Microsoft AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs into automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, DevOps, and end-users to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow/process automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience in developing Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps) Customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and in particular HR Module.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication (OAuth2).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, SQL Server, or enterprise business applications.
