Job Description :

  • 3-5 Years of experience in Managing and supporting IT in Software industries.
  • Should have experience in handling hardware and software issue of staff working in IT projects.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Manage IT support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues of hardware and software.
  • Maintain and manage IT licenses.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and IT procurement.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with IT regulations, security protocols, and data protection laws.

  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in handling Microsoft suite (365,azure, VD's ,Security).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
  • Experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and remote IT support solutions.
  • Knowledge of modern security frameworks and IT governance practices.
  • Familiarity with IT regulations, compliance standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT procurement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement IT best practices.
