Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Karol Bagh. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and maintaining store displays. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering queries, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of jewelry and gemology is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
  • Experience in retail or jewelry sales is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
