Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the companys technology strategy, product innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. The CTO will oversee all technical aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment between technology, business goals, and customer needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader capable of building high-performing engineering teams, driving innovation, and scaling technology infrastructure to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the organization's technology vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives across products and operations.
  • Advise the executive team on emerging technologies and competitive advantages.
  • Translate business goals into a robust technical roadmap and measurable outcomes.

Technology & Product Development:

  • Oversee software development, infrastructure, architecture, and data management functions.
  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence across teams.
  • Ensure best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud adoption.

Team & Organizational Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and retain a world-class technology and engineering team.
  • Create a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance technology culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
  • Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure the success of technology initiatives.

Governance, Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments effectively.
  • Develop and enforce IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity policies.

Innovation & Future Growth:

  • Evaluate and implement AI, automation, cloud, IoT, blockchain, and data analytics technologies where relevant.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and technology-driven business expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technology forums.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including 3–5 years at a senior management level.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale software, cloud, or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud computing (AWS / Azure / GCP), cybersecurity, and DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge of product development, data strategy, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Master's degree (MBA or M.Tech) in Technology Management or Business Administration.
  • Experience in scaling startups or transforming enterprise IT environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, data engineering, microservices, and modern tech stacks.
  • Experience with budget management and strategic vendor negotiations.
  • Strong track record of driving technology ROI and measurable business outcomes
