Incharge - Vendor Operations (Bike Taxi)

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for bike taxi attachments and ensure monthly attachment targets are met.
- Conduct market studies and analyses to enhance bike taxi business performance.
- Provide rider support both through calls and field visits as required.
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Improve rider login performance and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across business teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in operations, sales or city management, preferably within the mobility or logistics sector.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
