Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage urological conditions (e.g., kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, cancers).
  • Perform urological surgeries (e.g., TURP, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ureteroscopy).
  • Interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and urodynamic studies.
  • Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care.
  • Supervise and guide junior doctors and residents.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient care planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
  • Participate in audits, research, and continuous professional development.
