PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To develop / maintain a module as per the design

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Participate in Customer calls and understand customer expectations
  • Provide Status reports to leads as per defined timelines
  • Understanding requirements of the modules/components assigned in-line with the overall project scope.
  • Prepare Unit test plan & cases and perform unit testing
  • Implementing/developing the code as per design.
  • Adherence to coding standards and guidelines
  • Ensure on-time quality delivery of allocated tasks
  • Compliance to SLK policies and procedures like Timesheet/Leaves management etc.
  • Assisting Senior Developer / Analyst & Designer in preparation of Integration Test Plan
  • Providing support during integration testing, system testing
  • Resolving any defects reported by peer reviews, independent verification and validation and testing.
  • Peer review
  • Quality of code as defined by the SLK Process
  • Contribute to re-usable of code / components
  • Team Collaboration
  • Learning initiatives as per the plan

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Engineering Graduate / BSc in Computer Science / Information Science or Equivalent

Minimum Experience Required
2 to 4 Yrs of IT experience in Development.

Domain/ Functional Skills
SDLC understanding

Engineering Concepts (Design and Programming)

Programming languages and associated tools

Development process and associated tools

MS Office (word, Excel, Power point, visio, etc)skills
