Telecaller-sales executive

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle leads generated from IndiaMART and other sources. The role involves generating business, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into orders. The candidate should have good communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on leads received from IndiaMART, AAL (Any Active Leads), and other sources.
- Make outbound calls and emails to potential customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and company offerings to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI goals.
- Provide timely feedback to management on lead quality and market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
