We're looking for a Motion Graphics Animator who is not just skilled in traditional tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, but is also keen to explore and innovate using AI-powered animation tools (e.g., Runway, Kaiber, Pika, or similar). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling through motion, constantly explores new visual formats, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics and video assets for digital campaigns, brand films, ads, reels, explainers, and more

Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, producers, and copywriters to bring ideas to life

Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into animation workflows to create unique visual narratives

Manipulate raw footage and video assets with seamless edits, transitions, and visual effects

Develop high-quality visual content from concept to final cut, maintaining visual consistency and brand identity

Ensure logical sequencing, smooth pacing, and strong storytelling across all outputs

Take creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual pieces

Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, video editing, AI in content creation, and storytelling styles

Experiment with styles, new formats, and visual languages to keep content fresh and innovative

Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with internal teams and clients

Deliver projects within timelines, managing feedback loops and revisions efficiently

Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–6 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor (agency experience preferred)Tools Mastery:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, or similar

Exposure to AI-based tools (for concept visualization), etc., is highly preferred

Creative Mindset:Strong visual storytelling skills and a sharp eye for detail, color, and design

Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects from concept to executionA growth mindset and an eagerness to learn new technologies and methods

Bonus Skills:Knowledge of 3D animation, special effects, or compositing

Experience working with beauty, fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands

Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Adaptability and resilience under tight deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
