  • Land Acquisition, Due-Diligence, Drafting JDAs, MOUs, Sale Deeds, Agreement of Sale and other agreements.
  • Co-ordinating for project approvals regarding legal matters. Maintaining Original Documents.
  • Answering Customers and their counsels queries regarding title aspects.
  • Co-ordinating with Liasoning Department for obtaining all Approvals.
  • Vetting pleadings.
  • Has RERA knowledge
