AAYNA offers the finest cosmetic dermatology, weight management programs, laser hair removal, anti-aging treatments, skin maintenance, and skin rejuvenation treatments.

Who we are looking: We are looking for the Social media manager for our Delhi/NCR location to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers wherever required. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media head, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and target audience preferences in accordance with our company products.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Generate, write, edit, and publish engaging content.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee social media accounts design.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Industry experience of 5-7 years in managing digital and social media-led campaigns and building strategies end-to-end.
  • In-depth knowledge of mainstream social media platforms. Creative and technical (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube & linkedin)
  • Managing campaign ads/business manager (Strategizing, curating media plan & target audience, budgeting, optimizing creatives, running ads) - Facebook, LinkedIn & Google
  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills and copywriting skills
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
