About the Role

We are hiring experienced IT Infrastructure Specialists across multiple domains to manage, optimize, and secure our enterprise IT environment. If you have hands-on experience in VMware, Cloud (Azure & AWS), or Microsoft 365 along with strong Windows Active Directory expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

1 IT Infrastructure Specialist – VMware & Windows Active Directory

2 IT Infrastructure Specialist – Cloud (Azure & AWS) + Windows Active Directory

3 IT Infrastructure Specialist – Microsoft 365 & Windows Active Directory

Key Responsibilities (Role-wise)

1. VMware & Windows AD Specialist

  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server and AD environments.
  • Deploy, configure & optimize VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
  • Manage backups, patching, and DR operations.
  • Configure routers, switches & firewalls to maintain secure connectivity.
  • Implement and monitor IT security policies and compliance.

2. Cloud (Azure & AWS) + Windows AD Specialist

  • Deploy and manage Azure & AWS resources ensuring high availability.
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform/ARM templates.
  • Configure VPCs, VPNs, subnets & IAM policies.
  • Implement cost optimization and compliance strategies.
  • Manage hybrid cloud environments and troubleshoot integration issues.

3. Microsoft 365 & Windows AD Specialist

  • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Implement and manage MFA, DLP, and Conditional Access policies.
  • Integrate M365 with on-prem AD and Intune for device management.
  • Ensure data security and compliance across Microsoft 365 services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure management.

  • Certifications (role-specific):

  • VMware Roles: VCTA, VCP, VCAP, MCSA/MCSE

  • Cloud Roles: AZ-104, AWS Cloud Practitioner, MCSA/MCSE

  • M365 Roles: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MCSA/MCSE

  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory & networking (CCNA/CCNP preferred).

  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, MECM, or Tanium.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
