About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Associate Researcher
to join our team. The role is crucial in supporting our PR and Communications function by conducting research, creating reports, drafting content, and contributing to impactful pitch decks and client deliverables. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flair for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, and market trends to support PR strategies and client requirements.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Draft and edit content for reports, newsletters, media notes, and other communication materials.
  • Support the team in monitoring media coverage, preparing summaries, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client-facing documents.
  • Organize and maintain research databases, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to strengthen PR campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in research, content writing, or communications (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; ability to present findings clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with research tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in PR, media, and communication trends.
