Job Description – Skin Aesthetician
Position: Skin Aesthetician
Location: R&R Skin, Leh
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in advanced skin aesthetics and cosmetology
About The Role
R&R Skin in Leh is looking for a skilled and experienced Skin Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in professional skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and client care. Preference will be candidates from Nagaland, Manipur, Darjeeling, Arunachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand who are passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced skin and aesthetic treatments (peels, facials, laser, derma procedures, etc.)
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare plans
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and client care
Stay updated with the latest skin and aesthetic technologies and trends
Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Maintain proper documentation of client history and treatment progress
Requirements
Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology / Aesthetics / Skin Care
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in skin aesthetics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of skin analysis and treatment protocols
Ability to deliver premium client service in a professional environment
