Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and passionate Staff Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for staff according to set menus and dietary requirements, ensuring high-quality food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook daily meals for staff in accordance with the menu, recipes, and portion standards.
  • Assist in menu planning, taking into account dietary restrictions, seasonal ingredients, and staff preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs to the kitchen manager or purchasing department.
  • Minimize food waste through careful planning and portion control.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including sanitation and allergy protocols.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
  • Occasionally assist with catering for special events, meetings, or staff functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹10,000.00 per month
