Site Incharge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service & Project Site Incharge Engineer specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and fire systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the_ programming, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting _of various ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address (PA) systems, Access Control, WLD and fire alarm/suppression systems.

The Service & Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing service and maintenance tasks on ELV and fire systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. The candidate will also be expected to provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the role involves direct interaction with clients to address their technical concerns and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate should possess strong skills to effectively manage service schedules, maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, and prepare detailed reports for both internal and client review.
