Brand & Visual Designer – SaaS Marketing

Role Overview

The Brand & Visual Designer will define and own the visual identity of the company across all marketing, product, and customer-facing touchpoints. The role focuses on creating high-impact creatives, scalable design systems, and performance-driven assets for global audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesFirst 90 Days

  • Establish a strong and consistent visual identity for Gumlet across marketing, brand, and product assets.
  • Create high-quality creatives for website, social media, paid ads, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Product teams to build design workflows and maintain visual consistency.

First 180 Days

  • Build a reusable design system for marketing and branding.
  • Introduce visual storytelling formats:
  • Illustrations
  • Motion graphics
  • Short videos
  • Deliver data-driven, performance-focused creatives for global campaigns.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate) uplift on campaigns
  • Engagement rate improvement on creatives
  • Brand consistency across all visual channels
  • Design system adoption and smooth scalability
  • On-time and high-quality deliverables

Candidate RequirementsExperience

  • 3–6 years in B2B / SaaS marketing design.

Must-Have Skills

  • Expert in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong experience in:
  • Web design
  • Social creatives
  • Paid ads assets
  • Solid understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and UI fundamentals.
  • Portfolio showcasing B2B or SaaS design work.

Nice-to-Have

  • Motion design/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of design analytics:
  • GA4
  • Hotjar
  • Microsoft Clarity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per month
