About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Forms & Reports Developer
to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Forms & Reports, HRMS & Payroll systems, PL/SQL, and Jasper Reports.

Key Skills:

  • Oracle Forms & Reports (11g/12c) – Development, Customization & Migration
  • HRMS & Payroll – Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, Custom Interfaces
  • Jasper Reports – Development & Integration with Oracle Database
  • Oracle Database 19c – PL/SQL Programming & Performance Tuning
  • Deployment on WebLogic/Tomcat; BI Publisher experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance Oracle-based HRMS & Payroll applications
  • Develop custom payroll and compliance reports (Jasper Reports)
  • Collaborate with APEX/ORDS and Java teams for integrations
  • Optimize PL/SQL packages and manage deployments on Oracle Linux
