Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC/QA Incharge to oversee and manage the quality control and assurance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality before they reach the customer and that processes are in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor quality control and assurance standards across production lines.
  • Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
  • Lead a team of quality inspectors and train them on quality standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, audits, and inspection reports.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Work with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, GMP, or other relevant certifications.
  • Report quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to management.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QC software tools.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, B.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology), or related field.
  • Additional certifications in quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are preferred.
