Associate Product Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us create winningsolutions for our Sourcing platform in the BlueKaktus stack of solutions. You will work ondiscovering, defining and delivering outcome -based, highly impactful problems in the Fashion &Apparel industry. This will come along with an opportunity to directly drive impact in these areaswhile working closely with key business stakeholders and external partners. You will be responsiblefor the success of the product RESPONSIBILITIES: • Solution Expert: Act as the subject -matter expert for business processes and/orsolutions. You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of the product, drivingdelivery of both current solutions as well as helping to define the future of our productplatform. • Execute product strategy: Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, throughproduct research, competitive benchmarking, roadmap & requirements development, anddeployment. • Product Development: Translate product strategy into detailed functional & technicaldesign requirements, build use -cases and scenarios, process flows for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams along with rigoroustesting of all features & functionalities. • Customer Success: Responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technicalcomponents of the solution while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction, andproactive management of client challenges. • Pre -Sales support: Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functionalknowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients. • Stakeholder management: Build strong working relationships with internalstakeholders/functional partners to collaborate on projects while developing a thoroughunderstanding of their business processes and key challenges. QUALIFICATION: - • Overall, 4 -6 years of experience • 4+ years in a fast -paced environment, preferably SaaS or Enterprise software, • 2+ years of Product Management experience • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related fields or equivalent work experience • Proven expertise and demonstrated capabilities relative to fashion industry -specific processesand solution patterns, as well as adoption and change management considerations • Experience in working on Apparel PLM tools • Deep understanding of supply chain and common business metrics and the ability to generatenew ones as needed. • Demonstrable passion for solving customer problems, with a structured data driven approachwhile managing various competing initiatives and prioritizing accordingly
