Location:-

We are looking for a Java Microservices Lead. You will be responsible for the end-to-

end architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise Java microservices-based

applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS API

Gateway, and microservices design, along with strong leadership abilities and a passion for

delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and develop microservices-based

solutions using core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and AWS API Gateway.

● Lead and mentor a team of backend and full-stack developers, ensuring delivery of high-quality

code following best practices and coding standards.

● Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design,

coding, testing, deployment, and support.

● Own and drive adoption of microservices patterns, RESTful API design, and integration with

frontend applications and third-party systems.

● Perform thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code in line with

architectural guidelines.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across distributed systems, ensuring reliability and

scalability.

● Optimize application performance and scalability using proven techniques and cloud-native tools.

● Work closely with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines and implement containerization using

Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

● Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and

introduce innovative solutions to improve application development.

● Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the

team.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 2 years as a

technical lead or architect.

● Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, AWS API Gateway, and microservices

architecture.

● Solid understanding of cloud-native application patterns and distributed systems.

● Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker), orchestration platforms

(Kubernetes), and deployment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

● Good understanding of both relational (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

databases.

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

● Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code documentation, unit testing,

CI/CD, and DevSecOps.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Experience with monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus,

Grafana).

● Exposure to frontend frameworks (React or Angular) is a plus.
