Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role:

We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for KT Industries. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with security protocols
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation as needed
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication flow
  • Support management with travel arrangements and other administrative requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems)
  • Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage
