SDE L1 Support | COTS Applications | Life Sciences | US Shift

Job Description:

We are hiring an SDE L1 Support professional to support COTS applications used in Life Sciences / Pharma environments.

Role Details:

  • Experience: 3–5 Years
  • Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Remote
  • Shift: US Shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to 14 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for COTS applications in regulated environments
  • Support Lorenz (Submission Publishing System) and related tools
  • Handle incidents, changes, and problem management as per ITIL processes
  • Work with vendors for upgrades, patches, and issue resolution
  • Participate in GxP compliance and validation activities
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2+ years experience with Lorenz / Data Governance / Regulatory COTS tools
  • Strong ITIL process knowledge
  • Exposure to GxP-compliant systems
  • Experience supporting SaaS / Enterprise applications in Life Sciences

Preferred:

  • US shift experience
  • Pharma / Clinical domain background
