- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings.
- Support in baking bread and other bakery items as per recipes and standards.
- Follow proper measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking techniques.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area, equipment, and tools.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and displaying baked products.
- Monitor ingredient levels and inform the Head Baker for replenishment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage guidelines strictly.
- Help in receiving and organizing raw materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with bakery staff for smooth operations.
