About the Role:

Join S&M Tech as a Digital Marketing & Sales Trainee and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end digital marketing and sales. Learn to manage campaigns, run social media, assist in SEO/SEM, execute email marketing, generate leads, and track performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and follow up with clients via calls/emails (TRAI & IT Act compliant).
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and create engaging content.
  • Assist in SEO/SEM campaigns and email marketing.
  • Support website updates and online branding.
  • Track campaigns, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Learn marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year experience in marketing/sales.
  • Good English & Tamil communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and marketing concepts.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn.
  • Laptop/desktop with stable internet for WFH.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Probation: ₹10,000/month (3 months)
  • Confirmed: ₹12,000/month (post-probation, performance-based)
  • Performance bonus: ₹1,000–₹3,000/month

Work Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST | Sundays off + national holidays

Employment Terms:
