At Mentoria Overseas Education, we guide students toward their dream universities abroad through expert counselling, personalized admission support, and end-to-end visa assistance. We are now expanding our digital team and looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can scale our online presence and generate quality leads through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions), and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Track conversions and implement remarketing strategies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid ads / lead generation.
  • Proven track record of managing Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
