Formal education: BE - Mechanical / Production

Professional experience: 2 to 5 Years in Operational Excellence from manufacturing / Engineering industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Coordination

  2. Collaborate with internal departments and plant teams to implement Lean methodologies and TOC principles.

  3. Ensure alignment of operational activities with corporate and global standards.

  4. Digitalization & Process Improvement

  5. Lead digitization initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  6. Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within operations.

  7. Strategic Projects

  8. Drive strategic operations projects across plants, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.

  9. Support global and corporate initiatives related to operational excellence.

  10. Performance Monitoring

  11. Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for plant operations.

  12. Analyze performance data and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.

  13. Continuous Improvement

  14. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and TOC practices.

  15. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for operational excellence.

Functional Skills:

  • Knowledge of Lean, TOC, and digitalization tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI monitoring.
  • Excellent Communication & coordination skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Data Management
  • Exposure to SAP / SAP HANA
