Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research and coordinating with other department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Leadership skills
  • Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention skills
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills
  • Experience in Real Estate or Construction sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
