- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Develop new recipes and menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Monitor kitchen inventory, request supplies, and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per HACCP guidelines.
- Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during busy operations.
