  • Monitor kitchen inventory, request supplies, and minimize food wastage.
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per HACCP guidelines.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during busy operations.
