Role Overview Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other members within the Research & Development department to determine functional and non-functional requirements for proposed software adjustments or extensions that are related to artificial intelligence
• Helps to develop high-level product specifications that are related to artificial intelligence with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Helps to define all aspects of development that is related to artificial intelligence, from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Develops software adjustments and extensions that meets the agreed on specifications and requirements and adheres to coding standards
• Helps to oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design that is related to artificial intelligence
• Provides technical guidance and coaching related to artificial intelligence to other members within the Research & Development department
• Helps to ensure that artificial intelligence software use within the Xurrent services meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Helps to continuously improve the artificial intelligence software of the Xurrent services by actively participating in its development
• Leading the AI development across different products and lead AI Engineer Team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Machine Learning
• Strong understanding of Python
• Scripting is must a have
• LLM is a good to have
